1.      Development, and updating  of overall project planning including contractual target comparison and detailed schedule integration for all the phases (engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning) with cooperation of the team component;

2.      Coordination with project engineer and engineering team for document issue planning;

1.      Head of the Project Planning Department ( Managing and Monitoring all Scheduling activities of the Project and cost recording)

2.      Developing Master Schedule (work in the Company head office and on site)

3.      Developing Work Execution Schedule

4.      Coordination with the Client for implementation of the Client’s requirements

5.      Determine Resources for planned works

Full Planning and Controls responsibility on site in Russia for the Client on GBS Construction

Controls Manager for Pipeline and Terminal portion of the Sakhalin 1 Project, moved to Terminal and also held positions of Completions Mgr and Site Manager.
