I'm currently working for the Bouygues Batiment International planning division, located in Turkmenistan. We realise public constructions such as ministers and universities but also private construction such as Presidential Palaces or Five-Stars Hostels.

I started on october 2011. I participated to the construction of two ministries (Justice and Customs - 70M€ each), then I was part of a major renovation project. We had to deal with really short end-dates (6 months to renovated a palace included a conference room of 2,000 places - 70M€).

· Created the construction schedule of a multimillion dollar project by using Primavera software. (Primavera P6)

·Responsible for tracking the construction progress and making necessary warnings to prevent any delays which might affect the completion date of the project.

·Responsible for updating the schedule according to the construction progress and preparing weekly and monthly progress reports of the project for the management team.
