• As the Lead Planner of Natural Gas Development Project, I oversaw the actions of schedulers and cost engineers, and anticipated the necessary changes to keep the project on schedule and within the budget
• Led the team for preparation of baseline schedules, S-Curves, manpower histograms, schedule updates, progress measurement system, and key performance indicators (KPIs), daily, weekly and monthly reports
