Project Controls Manager – Oil & Gas
Logmor Projects International Limited is looking for a Project Controls Manager to work in Turkmenistan.
Our client is working on the overall construction of the Gas Processing, which includes reception facilities, acid gas removal dehydration gas dew pointing, metering, condensate stabilisation, sulphur recovery, tail gas clean-up and pelletisation.
This opportunity is for a Project Controls Manager that has a proven mechanical background, excellent English skills offering a minimum of 10 Years experience in Oil & Gas field projects.
The successful Project Controls Manager will be responsible for the project planning & Schedule, field engineering office, Sub-Contracting, Cost Control, Contract administration, Stores and Material. Other responsibilities will include the preparation and updating programs and schedules in accordance with drawings and contract obligations. These indicate the planned and actual progress of each separately identified aspects of the project, Provision a monthly and up-to-date compilation of all expenditures on the project as compared to the budget, Studies of actual performance data to determine: (i) Any variation from the contract programme so that remedial action can be taken at the earliest opportunity. (ii) Any variances from the budget and their effect on the final costs forecast. (iii) Information concerning unit cost experience on the various phases of the contract, as a potential reference material for future estimates and Project reporting procedures to best suit the needs of the project provided that the overall results fit into the group wide established system.
This excellent opportunity will be single status and based on a paid rotation of 105/15 with all accommodation, transportation, food, flights and all insurances arranged and expensed by the client... This will then you a tax free salary of up to “experience & qualifications dependant” $15,000USD per month.
