§  Planning & preparation of Level 3 and 3 week look-ahead schedule as per the requirements of client and updating progress on a weekly basis.

§  Planning the day to day activities and ensure it has been accomplished as per the Project Schedule.

§  Submitting the daily progress and monthly progress reports to the higher officials.

Produce Master Programme and Project Control of all projects in Organization. Monitor Sub-Contractors programmes and evaluate vendors etc..

Drove a team of designers on 2 Design & Engineering Projects, a hotel and a National landmark project in parallel. Assist to troubleshoot on a new system to monitor and manage resources for the Hotel Project.
