§ Planning & preparation of Level 3 and 3 week look-ahead schedule as per the requirements of client and updating progress on a weekly basis.
§ Planning the day to day activities and ensure it has been accomplished as per the Project Schedule.
§ Submitting the daily progress and monthly progress reports to the higher officials.
§ Monthly-Invoice preparation.
§ Maintain record of erection status and progress achieved in the project.
Maintain the tools and tackles list.
