Develop the Quality & Audit Plans in accordance with the contract requirements, Ensure that all project personnel are aware of the Quality requirements and organize training sessions as needed.
Responsible for the establishment of Quality Control requirements, checklists, documents and method statements.
Conduct vendors/subcontractors surveillance in accordance with the prescribed QA plan.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Make plans, strategy and policy with concern to engineering people inside the company, starting from project measurement up to completion of it. Responsible for the outcome of all my policy that I implemented. Handle Engineering Department of the company. Direct and motivate all engineering personnel starting from their schedule up to their production output everyday. Responsible for the production of people in my department. Do all the biddings and projects awarding to all sub constructors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of General Construction, Project Management, Planning & Scheduling including Structural Design, Estimate, and materials procurement. And responsible on project supervision & monitoring of manpower, progress and billing.
Undertake civil design deliverables to an agreed project schedule.
Over-all in-charge of project control section at the site with function involving cost control and financial management; planning and scheduling; material and logistics control; and subcontract administration.
Supervise preparation of project reports such as weekly progress report, updated P3 schedule, quantity accomplishments, actual man-hour report, productivity report, monthly project status reports, cost status reports) both for the client and project management team.
Prepare bar chart schedule and S-curve in P3 Project Planner and submit to the Owner/Project Construction Management Team for approval. Monitor actual work progress to update and maintain the construction schedule for weekly Project Team Meeting and report submittals.
Track and record project’s man-hour per activity using turn-around document to monitor project’s productivity index. Prepare monthly productivity report and submit to project manager for reference and analysis.
Preparing schedule for the NAIA3 project- rectifications works.
