DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the Quality & Audit Plans in accordance with the contract requirements, Ensure that all project personnel are aware of the Quality requirements and organize training sessions as needed.
Responsible for the establishment of Quality Control requirements, checklists, documents and method statements.
Conduct vendors/subcontractors surveillance in accordance with the prescribed QA plan.
Liaison with Clients Representatives, project team, inspection agency, vendors and subcontractors for the test and inspection.
Execute non-conformity control including corrective action and prepare report in relation to quality matters.
Conduct internal audit together with Corporate QA Manager ,liaison with Corporate QA manager for external audit. Responsible for all quality records filing, collection and Periodic review and update of the QA/QC procedures. Collection, filing and updating of all applicable records, standards and ensure that all measuring and testing equipment are properly calibrated and maintained in good and accurate conditions.
Ensure proper inspection of all incoming materials at manufacturing yard and at site.
Responsible for qualification of all welders employed for the project. Conduct quality briefing and meetings as and when require.
Implement Systems flow of Operation for Preparation of the company for applying to ISO 9000 Standard
To generate plans, policy, and strategy for our products and services with respect to company vision, philosophy, ethics and standards. Conduct seminar to sales, engineering and production people on how to carry our products and services to our customer from selling up to construction works.
Responsible for the outcome of the efficiency of our people in terms of products and services we have. Create System Flow of Operation, from Company standards up to Company procedure of operations to make aware all departments for their function in our organization.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices/ procedures / productivity and QHSE.
