Over-all in-charge of project control section at the site with function involving cost control and financial management; planning and scheduling; material and logistics control; and subcontract administration.
Supervise preparation of project reports such as weekly progress report, updated P3 schedule, quantity accomplishments, actual man-hour report, productivity report, monthly project status reports, cost status reports) both for the client and project management team.
Coordinate with the Field Operations Group and home office support groups on manpower, tools, equipment, material and other logistical requirements. Ensure that project resources are delivered on schedule.
Involve in the preparation of the Project Operational Plan, which includes strategies and work methodologies to be implemented during project implementation as conceptualized by the project team.
