Responsibilities:     

     Responsible for preparing baseline schedule, detailed construction schedule, impact schedule, recovery schedule, schedule for EOT Claim, etc.

     Handling all the activities related to Project Management including C&S, Architectural work, Resources schedule and Progress S – Curve (Physical works), Project cash flow, etc.

A new Pipelay barge with large lifting and accommodation capabilities is being built in Indonesia. Current profile includes interacting with the different agencies for engineering, procurement and construction activities, monitoring equipment delivery and project progress through KPI’s and projecting the likely time period for project completion, undertaking contractor specific delay analysis and suggesting mitigation action for a possible time advantage. Developing progress summary for the management review.

Current Role

Planning Analyst for Double Track Electrified Project covering total of 321 km stretch form Ipoh to Pedang Besar.

•     (Commercial Development – Shop Lot) Proposed Development of 59 Units 2 Storey Shop/Office at Subang 2

•     (Infrastructure – Road works) Pavement Works to Apartment Block at Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur
