Putra Perdana Construction Planner

Responsibilities:     

     Responsible for preparing baseline schedule, detailed construction schedule, impact schedule, recovery schedule, schedule for EOT Claim, etc.

     Handling all the activities related to Project Management including C&S, Architectural work, Resources schedule and Progress S – Curve (Physical works), Project cash flow, etc.

     Regularly preparing and developing weekly & monthly Progress reports for client and Senior Management.

     Efficiently assisting project team in daily planning and monitoring.

     Providing extensive assistance to QA/QC team to prepare method of statements.

     Effectively coordinating and assisting the sub-contractors for eradicating mistakes and solving site problems.
