Current Role
• Prepare, monitor, maintain project master schedule for engineering and compile into support procurement schedule, man-power loading/staffing histogram for current project and bidding new project and checking the sequencing of the activity.
• Prepare S-Curve for compare the planning target with the actual progress, showing the progress calculation, S- Curve per each discipline of project activities and every week. Preparing 3 weeks look ahead schedule.
Current Role
Conrad International Project - SCBD Jakarta (now ’’One Pacific Place’’ Building).
- Assisting Project Control Manager in preparing South East Tower construction schedule break down using Primavera for Windows;
South Sumatra - West Java (SSWJ) 32" Offshore Gas Pipeline Project - CP2.
- Preparing schedule and pipe loading scenarios to be implemented in relation to daily single joint welding productivity and barge window of availability using P5;
- Preparing transport barges schedule and sequences related to number of available barges and required traffic arrangement during pipelaying activity;
- Preparing pipes coating and thickness identification report;
South Lhoksukon (SLS) Project:
-Assisting Project Control Engineer in developing Level 3 schedule using Primavera for DOS with BTRIEVE database system;
-Providing database management service to record project status. Preparing periodic report regarding said subjects to Management;
-Preparing Level 3 internal schedules of specific tasks (Compressor Repair, Dewatering, Dredging Work) with QA from related departments;
-Developing Skyline Chart tool to be used as high level system readiness monitoring for Team Leaders and Management;
-Verify Contractor’s monthly claim with coordination from related internal departments and prepare investigative report to Management;
-Preparing summary report of Contractor’s costing forecast and spending of specific service work;
