- Preparing schedule and pipe loading scenarios to be implemented in relation to daily single joint welding productivity and barge window of availability using P5;
- Preparing transport barges schedule and sequences related to number of available barges and required traffic arrangement during pipelaying activity;
- Preparing pipes coating and thickness identification report;
- Preparing installed pipe joints identification report. Preparing returned pipes/ surplus construction material report;
- Preparing pipes delivery status report for each material barges sent from load-out yard;
- Preparing periodic progress report regarding construction activities including but not limited to: Near Shore Pre-trenching Works, Offshore Pipelaying Work and Post-trenching Works;
- Preparing weekly EPC and Overall Progress Report from MDR, Procurement Status Report and Construction Daily Progress Report;
- Preparing Project Coordination weekly Minutes of Meeting. Preparing weekly internal Minutes of Meeting;
