1. Monitoring and preparing the monthly/weekly report for additional works and day works / pre-mining works, submitting the report to client, claiming and negotiating with client for all addition works and day works / pre-mining works.
2. Checking the back-up data of sub-contractor’s claim, making adjustments for any incorrect items and reviewing sub-contractor’s invoices.
3. Arranging cost code for cost control and determining cost codes for each activity.
1. Monitoring the progress of all sub-contractors and updating overall commissioning schedule.
2. Arranging two months look ahead schedule, two weeks look ahead schedule and overall project schedule.
3. Monitoring the critical activities of commissioning schedule consistently and arranging some scenario to avoid any delay. Raising this issue in weekly commissioning schedule meetings and coordinating all parties to get the best solution.
1. Supervise main contractors for reconstruction of cement plant and construction of power plant to build an overall schedule.
2. Prepare Project Planning and Control Procedure and review Project Planning and Control Procedure from Main Contractor.
3. Prepare a master schedule which is cover all schedule of main contractors.
4. Progress updating and monitoring for power plant and cement plant.
