My career has been spent in the project controls environment where I have done cost control on both turnarounds and on multi projects. Currently I am specialising in the planning discipline. I use Primavera in creating project schedules and for tracking progress and performance. I have a strong IT background which always comes in handy, either as support or in development of ways to work faster and smarter. I have experience in MS Projects and Primavera P6.

An experienced project management professional who specialises in utilising critical path method scheduling as the principal management tool in managing complex projects/programmes. Over 30 years of project management, contract management, planning management and consulting experience, gained on a wide range of construction projects.
