SAP Maintenance Planner

• Worked with various planners, technical staff, operational and field staff in planning day to day maintenance activities, turnaround / shutdown, and outage activities.
• Short term contract as per agreement with Quinn Contracting in providing required maintenance planning.

• As a member of the project team, prepare schedule, monitored performance, and reported forecasts, trends, and scope change orders; assembled progress measurement reports; prepared cost and status reports for both internal and external client's use on Petro-Canada Dewax; Syneco Northern Lights; Enbridge Alberta Clipper; Fort Hills Terminal and Southern Lights projects.
• Contributed to completion of a project close-out report containing cost, schedule and manpower and other pertinent informastion.

Project Controls Specialist

• Responsible for control of $300M in engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction on Suncor's Voyageur Project.
• Reviewed contractor schedule submissions, cost reports, highlight variances and assisted in presenting mitigating actions.
• Developed and cultivated new relationships with Suncor and its clients by working within various office locations both in Alberta and Southern Ontario.

Project Controls Specialist / Analyst

• Liased with Altalink management and outside consultants on special projects and required studies.
• Review contractor and/or consultant estimates, cost reports, highlight variances and asssit in presenting mitigating actions.

Provide independent services/advice to clients, stakeholders, contractors and sub-contractors in the construction industry on all aspects of project delivery/management, project planning, commercial/contracts management, delay analysis and scope change management.

 • Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates and Invoices for the Lump Sum, Cost Plus, Re-measure, and Joint ventureProjects by collecting all the relevant supporting documents for the submission to Client.

• Responsible for study of BOQ and preparation of Breakdowns to evaluate the monthly work progress in site during Project Execution.

• Preparation of monthly work Progress and Cash Flow Reports of each project and providing histograms to know the current status of each Project.
