Project: LNG production, storage and loading installations at Ras Laffan, Qatar: LNG production trains, LNG storage tanks, BOG compressors, sulphur recovery and storage, LNG piping corridor, Jetty construction, LNG Loading Arms and the related LNG loading facilities.

Responsibilities:
Monitoring and integrating various subcontractors’ schedules (Subprojects) into the Project Overall Schedule (Project Group), using PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER v 3.1.
Critical Path analys
-prepare PMC (pre mechanical check)
-update master construction schedule of Level-III based on the information from supervisor by use of Primavera (P3 /3.1).
-define linkage between construction schedule and commissioning schedule
-CPM analysis using master construction schedule of Level-III
-check subcontractor’s detail construction schedule of Level-IV based on the Level-III schedule.
-review 3 weeks look-ahead schedule submitted by subcontractors.
-loading of man-power and/or progress weighted value to activities on Level-III schedule.
