  • Manage a team of 4 Planning Engineers
  • Produce a project preliminary programme
  • Prepare programme management & performance management procedures
  • Develop contract programme and agree critical paths with Client / PMC
  • Develop construction Information release requirement schedule
  • Develop procurement schedule
  • Provide concise schedule and planning requirements for inclusion in bid packages
  • Evaluate nominated & domestic supplier and subcontractors’ schedule
  • Compile Monthly Progress Reports to the Client /
