During my time at Oceaneering my time at Oceaneering I have worked both as a scheduler, trainer and PM.  As a scheduler I have performed functions such as creating and maintaining codes, calendars, roles and responsibilites and other administrative efforts.  I have managed between 3 and 6 schedules at a time with activities between 100 lines and over 10,000 lines with values between 300,000 and 12 million.

Client - Baltimore City 

Reviewing Contractors' baseline and monthly update construction schedules for waste water pipeline and treatment facility construction.  Reviewed time extension requests and performed claims analysis of schedules.  Project values between $1 and $120 million.

Client - York County Solid Waste Authority

Reviewing Contractors' baseline and monthly update construction schedules for Resource Recovery Center and Ash Handling Facility demolition and construction.  Reviewing Contractors' time extension requests.

Client - MNCPPC

Senior Scheduler responsible for developing baseline schedules, updating schedules, analyzing schedules and delay claims.

Senior Scheduling Consultant assigned to multiple large projects to analyze performance and delays.

Planning and scheduling for Pittsburgh Light Rail Transit Project ($457 million) responsible for development, updating and analyzing of design, procurement and construction CPM schedules including time extensions and claims analysis; also responsible for various management reports; liaison with contractors and client; experience in Mscs, Artemis and Aldergraf Computerized Information Systems.

Duties: Responsible for overall planning and coordination of scheduling department. Performed presentations of scheduling and cost control capabilities to prospective clients and in house personnel.

Responsible for development, updating and analysis of various schedules for the design and implementation of software development type projects. This includes development of standard work breakdown structures, resource loading, actual tracking of resources against the plan and earned value reports. Also responsible for budget and cost control information. Also responsible for initial set-up of company PC’s, diagnostics, repairs and installation of various software packages.
