Senior Scheduler

Responsible for development, updating and analysis of various schedules for the Design, procurement and construction as part of the retrofit and expansion of an existing Municipal waste to energy facility for the City of Harrisburg ($110 million). Also responsible for Cost Control and estimating as well as part time Contract Administration. This includes schedules, various Cost reports, Detailed Budget Estimates and development of specifications.

Develop schedules for EPC projects in commercial and civil construction including WBS and resource-loading. Evaluate actual construction progress using CPM and maintain regular schedule updates. Create and maintain schedules in Primavera P6 R15.2 software in a multi-user environment. Conduct field visits to review project status for schedule updates. Perform Earned Value metrics, and provide S-curves and histograms.

On call Consultant.  Part of proposals toward prospective contracts for work procurement.

Coordinated schedules for joint projects with several agencies in Jacksonville.  Projects included water, sewer, electric.  Design through construction.

Assist in the conversion from P3 to P6. Develop new reporting. Update schedules.

Develop program management procedures, schedules and reporting for Design/Build and P3 projects for Georgia Dept of Transportation for projects starting with planning and environmental certification through completion of design and right-of-way acquisition.

- All "Running Work" as well as short term (6 weeks) intense, jam packed planned and unplanned outages when station is shut down for capital work and/or large maintenance and fixes.

I was working on subsea protection structures which include a main outer protection frame, fitted out ICMs, roof panels and location piles as part of Total’s Ellon and Grant Life Extension Project. I compiled a fully integrated cost and resource loaded programme covering detailed design, procurement, fabrication, construction, surface protection FAT/SIT and load out which was used for client progress reporting and internal earned value management and reporting.
