My role in advocating for our Clients is to manage and deliver program and project schedules in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. My responsibilities include planning, developing, managing, and executing the schedule throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery. MGAC is a global boutique construction consultancy dedicated to managing and representing our clients’ best interests.

I served as Senior Scheduler for Arcadis on a Water and Wastewater contract for the City of Baltimore, MD.  Projects under this contract included $200 million plus contracts at the Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant and Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant, and various wastewater sewer replacement projects throughout the City.  I performed initial and update schedule reviews, including cost and resource loaded schedules.  I performed several Time Impact analyses for these projects.

Project Description: $230 million-dollar project to modernize the Blue Line.

Project Responsibilities: Senior scheduler responsible for review and approval of Contractor Baseline Schedule submittal, schedule update review, payment application analysis and delay analysis and mitigation.
