Senior Project Controls Engineer

Responsibilities:

•       Part of the In-house Project Management Team of the Company

•       Reported directly to the Chief Operating Offer

•       Developed Integrated Master Schedule of the Projects Management Software (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Primavera 6.0)

• Preparing the Baselines and updating project schedules based on field reports.

Primary Responsibilities are supporting the project manager in producing reports, recommendations, Planning, Earned value, Risk, and cost management.

Secondary responsibilities are supporting Contracts, Claims, enginering, change management.

2) Led and facilitated the change in the monthly project review meeting process

3) Project lead on Risk management enterprise system buisness case sign off

4) Providing data for key corporate strategic objectives

o Responsible for the update and coordination of all Design and Field Unit Project Programmes within the Partnership agreement with Scottish Water Solutions (SWS). o Required constant interaction with In House Design Managers, Engineers and Commercial Managers as well as regular liaison with the SWS Project Managers, Project Controls and Commercial Managers at Portfolio Operational Reviews. o Created and monitored the progress of Detailed Design Schedules including the requirements for any and all interactions with SWS and their relevant Construction Partners.

Responsible for the Electrical, Life Safety and Instrumentation & Controls installation to maintain and facilitate production of Micro Semi Conductors. Preparation of Capital Project Allowance to fund necessary works. Maintenance of budget and cost reports and monitoring progress of site installation works.
