• Preparing the Baselines and updating project schedules based on field reports.

• Analyzing critical paths. Reporting for newly occurred or delayed critical activities.

• Analyzing time and resource efficiencies. Advising PM’s through all phases.

• Preparing the baseline budgets. Monitoring the costs and updating the budget on a regular basis.

• Assisting the preparation of detailed BoQ in coordination with the tendering department.

• Monitoring the data of the progress payments of the clients and sub-contractors.

• Analyzing all the above data to create the estimated cash flow of work packages. Updating the cash flow on a regular basis.

• Creating monthly and weekly reports for the top management.

• Assisting the purchasing and contracting operations.

• Preparing documents for the evaluation of feasibility and sufficiency of sub-contractors, ensuring the project cost stays within the limits of the budget.
