Working with Project Management Contractor (PMC, TOYO) for the construction of a Grass Roots Oil Refinery. Overseeing and advising on plans of many sub-contractors in the construction/commissioning of the above.

Responsible for the front-end installation plan for the Control & Operability of the Olefin’s Plant Re-Instrumentation Project JV06, consisting of an existing Hydro-cracker, Ethylene plant, Boilers and associated machinery.

Company: Contracted to BAE Systems
Project: Type 45 ‘D’ Class Destroyers, Bristol, England.
Contract value approximately £1 billion.
Employed as a Senior Planner in the Prime Contractor Organisation (PCO), for the production of three new Type 45 ‘D’ Class Destroyers (Displacement c.7,350 tonnes, Length 152.4m, Max.Beam 21.2m, Speed 27 knots+).

Project: National Programme for Information Technology (NPfIT), Leeds, England.
Contract value approximately £2.3 billion.
Responsible for the provision and implementation of Programme Control Systems and processes for the NPfIT Programme which consisted of: Integrated Care Records System, Electronic Booking System, Electronic Transmission of Prescriptions, Picture Archiving & Communications System, New National Networking Systems, Email & Directory Services, Design Authority, Stakeholder Liaison, and Cluster Implementation using Primavera 3.1 & Primavera P3e Planning Soft

Create plan and forecast data with regards to the project site condition

1- Expert knowledge in preparing the planning requirements as:               

A- Preparing schedule using primavera project planning 3 and 6.

B- Resources loading, resources leveling and histograms.

C- Monitoring work progress using The KPIs (Key performance indicator),                D- tracking Projects and Manpower requirement.

Current Role To provide planning support to High level waste plants based at Sellafield Ltd, Cumbria.
