Current Role

• Leads in the development of the baseline schedule and supports Project Manager in Baseline Review.
• Assign resources, budgeted hours and cost codes to activities and mention critical resources/activities to Project Management Office.
• Distribute activities list related to diff. dept.

• Preparing Planning programme, analyzing, maintaining contract administration database and monitoring projects by using P3, P5 and Expedition.
• Responsibilities including Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports, Change Management, Cost Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, Extension of Time Analysis, handling/ attending meeting with Client, Consultant, General Contractor, Sub-contractors, etc.

I’m currently working with Saudi Oger Ltd. as Planning engineer in Saraya Aqaba Project – Jordan ,the largest project in Jordan, with total value equals to 1.2 Billion dollar; Following Up All Planning issues and project zones, including Residential areas, Multi-story Buildings (Hotels), Town houses, and Grand Villas.

Upon joining WP I’ve been engaged with varieties of CAPEX projects within their Minerals and Metals group mainly including feasibility study and Definition as well as Execution phase project schedules for process plants and materials handling facilities. As senior planner I’m in charge organizing and steering all planning related activities for the project team to make sure the whole scope of projects has been covered and well time-planned in schedules.

( 15 ) years  experience  in planning and project control of petrochemical , oil & gas , and refineries projects in Egypt , Saudi Arabia , UAE , Yemen and Jordan covering Civil , Mech. , E&I activities.

Current Role

Main duties on this project include, producing project schedule from pre FEED through FEED to Value Engineering, in parallel with this there are construction activities in progress and also annual shutdowns to be planned with assistance from shutdown department .  Ensure all plans can be integrated to reflect all scopes of work in an overall Asset plan.

This is carried out using the recognised Talisman project and scheduling process and procedures and producing the necessary reports to validate my analysis of the project details to date.
