To Perform the Earned Value Analysis and Cost Control With Respect To BCWS Vs. BCWP

Plan and Schedule Project activities Progress using Primavera Project Planner

Preparation of Base line Project Schedule and Budget Loading

Preparing Cost curve based on Cash flow

Allocation of Man power for getting optimal result

Designing of WBS and assigning of activity codes for activities

Preparation of monthly progress reports, look‐ahead programs, bar charts, S‐curve etc.

·       Development of Pre- Contract and Post- Contract Program Schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, Project Execution Plan and Method Statements

·       Coordinate with Project Team, Commercial dept., Engineering dept., Procurement dept., to prepare PM Budget, Project Cash Flow and Histograms, Information Required Schedule, Engineering Schedule, Material Submissions and Procurement Schedule

Senior Planning Engineer Responsible for:
1.Pre-Tender/Design Stage:
a.Produce, maintain and update Projects master program & cash flow.
b.Identification of risk areas and proposing remedial actions.

Senior Planner for successful Baker Street S8 Upgrade including hr by hr possession planning. Experience in setting up/supervising numerous weekend possessions. Current Senior Planner for structures & civils at Victoria Station Upgrade.
