Senior Planning Engineer, Damac Properties, Park Avenue at Cairo - Alex road (750 million EGP)/Park Avenue at New Cairo phase 1 (600 million EGP).

Senior Planning Engineer Responsible for:
1.Pre-Tender/Design Stage:
a.Produce, maintain and update Projects master program & cash flow.
b.Identification of risk areas and proposing remedial actions.
c.Preparation of top management reports.
d.Preparation of projects Tender milestones.
e.Preparation of tender technical evaluation.
f.Review, certify and monitor Design consultant's base line programs, variation orders, EOT claims & any other planning aspects.
g.Lead & Supervise planning engineers Work.
2.Post-Tender/Construction Stage:
a.Establish and Maintain effective communications between projects team and other departments to ensure a timely deliverable.
b.Review, certify and monitor consultants/contractor’s base line programs, variation orders, EOT claims & any other planning aspects.
c.Review & certify consultants / contractors weekly & monthly reports.
d.Draft & revise all planning related correspondences.
e.Attend & analyze data for all progress meetings.
f.Recommend corrective actions and measures when ever required to recover any time slippage.
