Senior Planning Engineer - £70k plus package
A Senior Planning Engineer is required for an opportunity based in Central london. My client is a leading name in the international construction market with experience in the delivery of large portfolio of prestigious projects. Due to an increase in workloads they are currently seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join their Refurbishment and Fit Out specialist division.
The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible pre-construction bids and the delivery of high profile projects valued at £50m plus. The position will be split between their HQ in Central London and their live sites in the Capital.
To be considered for this role candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
· Proven track record of working on fast track refurbishment and fit out experience.
· Strong user of planning software packages.
· Experience on projects in London at a value of £30m plus.
· A very strong understanding of construction techniques.
· First class communication skills.
· Derived from a UK main contractor.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £70,000 plus a benefits package which comprises of car or car allowance, pension, healthcare etc.
