Senior Planning Engineer

I was working as a planning engineer in mix used project with 8 blocks of residential with 1401 residences and 1block of hotel. Project name is Sea Pearl Ataköy. I controlled work schedules and plans of two phases of the projectwith Primavera P6. Detailed time plans and work schedules were being conducted with main contractor and control company. Estimated project revenue was 2.8 billion dollars from this project. This project has approximately 600000square meters construction area.

• Studying Drawings and prepare the detailing of Items and BOQ’s.

Competencies:

§  Project Management Professional (PMP) certified from Project Management Institute USA (PMI) with ability to manage and assist the planning team to develop / monitor detailed planning for project processes, with expertise in Primavera, Primavera Contract Manager (PCM), MS Office, AutoCad.

§  PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certified from Project Management Institute USA with Experience Knowledge and Skill in the Specialized Area of Assessing and Identifying Project Risk.
