My duties are :

·  Develop base line programs

·  Load resources such as manpower, cost, …….

Construction of the time schedule of Lusail Railway Transit System:

• Establishment of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS=GBSxPBSxABS);
• Creation of the time schedule of the project (3000 tasks), Gantt & trip diagrams, in the time allowed (40 days).

Preparation of Tender Programme for LUPU 6 - Installation of 132kV HV Cable with associated route including Civil’s Elements and Bored Main Highways Crossing with associated Design, Procurement, Earthing & Bonding, and Cabling works.

Current Role

The Highways Agency is widening approximately 102 kl of M25 by adding a lane in each direction to make generally a 4 –lane Motorway.

7years experience in planning, scheduling and control.  I have experience in various fields ranging from Railway, M&E and Heavy constrution.

Prepared the re-baseline of the original schedule of >7,500 activities, including claims analysis, critical path analysis, forensic documentation, new histograms, and curves to be approved by theclient.Prepare turn over schedules& commissioning schedules . Integrated the contractors’ schedules to the main project schedule. In charge of creating the system schedule (turnover schedule) for a one thousand million dollar project.
