A Senior Planning engineer is required to join a Planning team working on various Construction and Infrastructure projects. Projects include sub-structure, superstructure and internal works. You will have gained knowledge from major EPC and EPCM programmes and Contractors in the past, and have an excellent understanding of EPC projects and the elements which make up an EPC programme, including inputting physical deliverables into the programme. You may also have an understanding about the NEC form of contract. You will have a technical understanding about Construction or Civil engineering projects. You will have a broad range of Planning skills from earned value and cost analysis, to performance, risk and critical path, variance analysis and creating a WBS. Knowledge of Project Controls would also be of interest, although not essential for this particular role. You will have worked closely with a client in previous roles and have excellent communication skills. You will be able to use Primavera P6.
You will receive a daily rate of between £350 and £400 a day depending on your knowledge and ability. You will be located at the Heathrow Airport offices, in the United Kingdom.
