Action / Responsibilities
- Responsible to prepare overall planning.
- Responsible to prepare Master Work Program.
- Actual progress tracking.
- Coordination with Project Manager and Planning team to come out with recovery plan for any delay of the works.
Design Planning from Concept through to Production - development, implemenation and ongoing monitoring of an Integrated Design Programme (IDP) using the Adept Planning model.
Internal finishes detailed planning, including blockwork, plasterboard, fireboard, building services, lifts, escelators.
Front of House (Mall) detailed planning for high spec finishes
Working as Senior Planning Engineering in EPC Organizaiton taking LSTK projects in Oil & Gas and Fertilizer projects.
My role was as Senior Planner for the Royal Brunei project. I was responsible for a five-person team and reported directly to the programme manager and working with the project managers’. This was a large-scale 5-year project involving the building of three patrol vessels. During my period there, we moved from the embodiment design to detailed design and started the production phase.
