Senior Planner/Scheduler, Freelance, 18-36 month contract, Primavera P6, Dublin, Up to £440 per day including accommodation allowance.
The role is with a leading, international engineering design, architecture and project management practices that works on projects that are worth up to €5 billion in value. Due to a very high increase in workload they are looking to recruit a number of Senior Planners/Schedulers to see through a major electronic manufacturing project.
The role:
- Maintain overall milestone programme/project schedule
- Maintain all trades histograms
- Develop detailed project schedule
- Review contractor capabilities (tools, processes etc)
- Review and process critical path schedules
- Preparation and presentation of project schedule indicators
- Work closely with cost engineers, project managers etc
- Earned Value Management/Analysis
- Software of choice is Primavera P6
The candidate:
- Relevant degree or qualification
- Deep knowledge and experience of Primavera and data management
- Minimum of 5 years planning experience
- Site and tender planning background
- Construction, civils or mechanical & electrical background
- Will be presentable and client facing
- Will be looking for a long term contract
On offer with this role is a competitive daily rate of up to £440 inclusive of a daily £50 for accommodation. In this area room shares cost on average £350 per month bills included or b & b’s are roughly £35-40 per night.
