Role: Project planning of two Under ground mines - Decline development and Shaft sinking.
Responsibilities: Project planning, scheduling, Reporting, Controling, recovery plans, coordination with contractors.
Projects executed:
Lead smelter - 1,00,000 TPA
Zinc Smelter - 2,10,000 TPA
2 Roaster projects - 1,70, 000 TPA
v Developing Level I, II, III Schedule in Primavera & MS Projects.
v Working experience of over 35,000 activities on planning software.
v Calculating Resource requirements like manpower and Plant & Machinery requirements for the project.
v Liquidating the Project quantitatively across the duration as per schedule.
