• Prepare construction program of works related to Civil /Structural/ID /MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm/ELV discipline wise detailed man-hours , cash flow, dashboards, s-curves using Primavera P6 & MS Project and ensure that the Project Plan reflects the project scope and is fully resourced and cost loaded in reference to the BOQ and Engineering drawings issued for site construction.
• Prepare Revised Program for the remaining works and recovery program.
• Check and Update program of works as required for the project through close out, integrating contractor and prog

EPCM Planning and Scheduling of a New Build Diamond Sampling Vessel.

A member of the Planning and Cost Control  Team based in Aberdeen overseeing the Planning Reporting Function for the Beatrice B Project

The purpose of the project was to allow modified versions of Eurostar Class 373/2 trains and rolling stock access to the Eat Coast Mainline, allowing passenger service trains to operate from Europe  (Paris and Brussels to Glasgow via London, York, Newcastle and Edinburgh.

Responsibilities include preparing the master schedule for the project.

Responsibilities maintaining and updating project schedules, progress curves, man-hours expenditure and performance analysis curves.

Due to the classified nature of this role I cannot discuss the details of the work.
