Planning Engineer/ Project Planner, assisted Project Manager in the monitoring and updating of site progress, resource utilization, and cash flow of Al Raffa Proj. Prepared monthly and weekly progress reports on site. Monitored and updated all the subcontractor’s construction programme, resource histogram, shop drawing submission and material procurement schedule. Coordinate between client, consultant and subcontractors on all site and progress related issues. Prepared monthly cost presentation for the company’s internal monitoring of cash flow.
