 -developing the schedule in an agreed [WBS] work breakdown structure

I assign resources and costs to activities {SPI & CPI}

I Set baselines and milestones to compare progress against

I Record actual progress against the baselines and making amendments where necessary [updating]

I create a 4 week look ahead [project plan forecast]

Planned project to assess the current operating model within the Finance Department using MS Project. Reporting to Project Manager.

Member of planning team involved in big data engagements including data warehouse design and data and asset management projects for the Financial Times, smart metering for Centrica and RWE Npower and Master Data Management for Scottish & Southern. Responsible for managing input data from consultants, shaping projects in MS Project and advising on delivery approaches.

Member of a variety of project teams across the Ministry of Defence involved with the Future Core Network, MoD Defence College of Management & Technology and online publications. Responsible for scoping and planning projects within time and budget constraints. Both MS Project and Primavera based environments.
