2002-2003                            NATS Military Systems - Department Project Planning – Project Planner

Joined the Military Systems, Software Development Division to assist in the development of Project Planning and to develop the Project Standards.  Responsible for planning SLAs Interfacing with Middle Management and all staff within the Division.

2000-2002            NATS Software Services - Department Project Planning – Project Planner

Trained in all aspects of project planning to introduce project standards into the Software Development Division.  Included Leading on the management of the Training and Development Systems for the department.  Achieved capturing true project costs through the introduction of a new timesheet administration system for circa 40 staff.

Interfacing with the senior Management team and all staff in the Division.

.  As Project Planner in various projects my responsibilities are to:

·         Conduct project activity planning

·         Scheduling of activities (with input from contractors) and project controller into an integrated critical path schedule

·         Development of project WBS and work plan

·         Prepare and maintain resource loaded schedules and maintain S-curves.
