Duties:

Projects planning

·         Ensure the application of Integrated Planning processes for assigned projectsde los procesos de planificación integrada de proyectos.

·         Support Project Team in the analysis of the scope of work , definition of the Work Breakdown Structure, implementing and optimizing project execution plans

Contract Project Planner for Network Rail IP Central Region team, assisting with central planning functions, particularly the managing and monitoring of Signal Tester and OLE resource demands for critical Bank Holiday works and programme compliance with the IP Central 6 year Plan and the Signalling Team's Commissioning Diary.

Contract Project Planner for Arup Ltd assisting on the maintenance and development of the Croxley Rail Link design programme for Network Rail and London Underground.  Liaising with designers and engineers from a wide range of disciplines, including Pway, Civils, Highways, Environmental and Safety, and issuing weekly reports to our client Taylor Woodrow.  Also tasked with the development of the Rail Resource programme and the production of various resourced bid programmes in P6 and MS Project as requested.

Using the programme for construction progress monitoring, identifying potential problems, identifying the critical activities, near critical activities and working with the contractor to close deviations..  Preparing and maintaining construction schedules including development of critical path, project float and building as built schedules having taken into consideration all delays experienced.

Ø  Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering maintenance.

Ø  Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required.

Ø  Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.

Responsible for maintaining the co-ordinated phased construction programme for Network Rail.

Managed cost and resource loaded delivery programme to produce earned value analysis

Developed and delivered the recovery programme for £70m York way refurbishment phase

BAYAN PALACE, PHASE II PROJECT, KUWAIT. Project is spread over in Bayan area, Kuwait featuring worldclass

interior finishes which also included large area of hard and soft landscaping.

As a Planning Engineer – Responsibilities included Project Planning & Scheduling, Variation evaluation,

Baseline and change monitoring, Review of Payment Applications, Time Extension analysis, Progress reports,

and Progress follow‐ups, cash flow forecast, coordinating subcontractors programme, writing letters

4D-Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Controlling, Progress Reporting, Performance Measurement, Trend Analysis, Schedule & Cost Forecasting.
