Managed new construction of a luxury 200 unit condominium tower. Residential portion.
I served as project manager for a utility/grading contractor. My projects included the construction of a roadway & recreation park project and an apartment complex utility and grading project as well as the construction of a park-n-ride lot for 1500 vehicles.
I served as Project Manager for highway contractor, estimating projects, purchasing material, preparing subcontracts, correspondence with client, preparing initial and updating construction schedules, and preparing change orders.
Project Manager Role: Client Representative, Planning, Controls, Claims, Cash Flow
·Responsible for all Project Management Documentation and weekly/monthly and exception reporting for multiple projects (MS Project and INNATE).
·Responsible for Programme co-ordination and KPI reporting for Departmental Programme.
·Liaison and negotiation with Sponsors, Resource Managers and Software Developer / Analysts with respect to Graphical User Interface mapping tools software development.
·Production of all my projects Business Cases and presentation to Board, where necessary.
·Meeting with Clients/Vendors to define and agree Specifications and Business Requirements for
New Build Development Agreement, Hackney, London - Project value £5.7m
