Position: Project Manager
I am responsible to take in-charge to the whole project including site planning, programming and monitoring, coordinate with Site Agent and supervise project coordinator/ building servcies engineer/ site foreman and cost control with QS, as all related claim in regard to time/ cost.
- 10 years of experience in Project Management area.
- 5 years of experience as a MBA Professor.
- 3 years of experience as an internal project auditor.
Multi-disciplinary job functions which included Planning & Design of projects (development and coordination with international Architects) and on the site execution as project in-charge.
Project Management - various projects including Y2K, Primavera Project Management deployment to 1,000 users. Trade Finance software deployment.
Various Roles and Functionaliry from Project Manager, Construction Manager, Planning and Control Manager.
<br>Having been involved in 1 Bil dollar project, to 40 Mil, to 20 Mil and 10 Mil respectively.
<br> Wide Exposure to different stakeholders, geographical locations and cultures.
Started as a Senior planner, promoted to Planning Head then to a Project Manager, my roles including day-to-dat activities in managing runnung projects. This includes but not limited to:
- Providing Turn key EPC project management services starting with management project conecptual feasibility studies, design, tendering, construction, closure, and operations.
- Managing Tendering phase including preparation of tender documents, evaluation crieteria, evaluation technically and financially, preparing contracts, BOQs, ....
Current Role
- Request proposals for the Design;
- Evaluation of technical and financial proposals received and selection of a firm;
- Negotiation of the Contract for the Design;
- Supervise the preparation of the Design and the Specifications for the call for bids;
- Assist in evaluation of technical and financial bids of Contractors;
Current Role Project manager
As project manager I am responsible for customer specific deliveries. The scope can vary from complex products to complete turnkey solutions, including installation and commissioning. The role includes contacts in and outside Sweden, both with customers and suppliers.
