A 85 m EGP  fully equipped office building at the Smart Village. The project consists of 2 basements and 6 typical floors with a total built-up area of 8000 m2.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Follow up and coordinate with different Consultants and Client different till issuing the Fit-out Construction Documents.
  • Leading the Construction Management Team responsible for Fit-out construction follow-up, Contracts Management (Claims and Correspondences), time management (Review and Study Schedule and Claims) and Cost Management (Review and process Contractor’s Invoices and Variation Orders).
