• Assisted in developing engineering cost estimates per Job Definition Document and develop the project schedules in alignment with the scope. Perform budget and schedule variance analysis CPI/SPI at set intervals during the project execution phase to help ProU project leads and clients track the project progress. Examined project cost and EV.
• Created cost/work S curves to show PMs graphically the status/behave of the projects
• Followed and implement standard project procedures per ProU Project Procedure Manual 

• Report to Chevron EMC activities done weekly by Sturgeon International Services Int'l (SSI). Also, participate in the Wells walk and discussions of the scope of work
• Develop cost and man hours report to track progress of well abandonment services, well sites clearing, disposal of hazardous materials, demolition services, etc.
• Review estimates, create and update schedules (Microsoft Project Server).
