Planning Manager for the Civils, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Scada works during the Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phases including the management of scope change, change to forecast cost via trends and approved changes, impact on schedule and adjustment to contingency.

Project Controls Manager

As part of the management team supporting a £650m IT project. In particular to define and implement an improvement plan for the strategic delivery of the programme.

Managed Project Controls Team to carry out the tasks related to schedule, Budget, Cost, Document Control and reporting functions.

• Manage Bidding/ Tendering processes, develop Bidding/Tendering Manuals, procedures

• Work with Legal & Contracts department and PMO office to review Terms and Conditions document

• Work with PMC (Fluor) to deliver project management plans..

• During execution stage, work with PMC (Foster Wheeler) monitor EPC contractor in development of project management activities.

• Monitor and control Project master schedule, and progress curves, status reports during execution management process.

The project consist of 305 sites distributed all over the kingdom, total built up area 1,338,529 m2, total areas 2,646,828m2, total concrete works 775,735m3
