This client requires a project controls manager that has good healthcare projects, in particular Hospitals. The project controls manager will be degree educated or equivalent ideally BS Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical). Minimum 10 years experience in Planning & Scheduling, Project Controls and Monitoring, Project Specifications, Bids and Contracts, Budgeting and Cost monitoring, Project Budgeting and Financial control, Feasibility Studies and Financing, Project Planning and control Techniques, Management of Project Resources, Resource Planning of the Project, Claim Management, Earned Value Management –Different Project Management KPI’s (Key Performance Index), Variance Report.
The successful Project Controls Manager must have worked on a previous Hospital project & show the experience to be responsible for effective Execution of Project Controls Programs on an assigned large major project/program in accordance with the company and applicable controls department procedures, Prepare the Project Management Plan for assigned project/program.
Plans Staffing needs for assigned project/program and Reviews contract drafts for adequacy of cost and scope definition and Project controls requirement.
Your Direct Project Control activities will be develop, interpret, and execute policy, objectives and standards applicable to cost and schedule control and analysis activities. Ensure proposed baseline program has been implemented and pursued periodically, highlighting the delay and propose remedial actions and developing / maintaining the Project Master Schedule “EPC Schedules” with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
