Role:
To maintain the project plan, maintain and update project reporting and provide general support to the Regional Project Manager and project team as needed.
Assistant Project Controller under SNC-Lavalin Malaysia, working in Lao PDR.
Served multiple roles for the Owner/Project Management Organization through project execution, including Reduction Area Planner, Contract Controller for main Reduction Area contracts (Potline Installation, Fume Treatment Plants and Material Distribution Systems), and Construction Interface Manager.
PMO - Project Controller/Scheduler - Responsible for the management and development of the program Integrated Master Schedule, Resource Loading, Monitoring & Control & Forecasting.
Project controller on a capital delivery programme, schedule, resource and cost management. Working with project managers, design managers, commercial and financial departments. Use of Primavera, SAP and business objects.
I was working in the Sensor Systems Division within the Avionics sector. Working on 3projects totalling over £10 Million pounds and lasting up to 7 years. My responsibility was to support the two Project Managers’ and produce the monthly Contract Status Report working very closely with the project accountant. The report contains the project costs for the month, the committed and forecast costs, the sales and claims costs and the trading data. The main application used were Artemis Views 4.1.5 and the ERP package to obtain and construct the project costs.
Project Controller for Thales Avionics inclding the following tasks and resposibilities:-
The creation of the initial Programme Plan that included all deliverable Milestones, Internal Milestones and any other feature that will require to be delivered by the Programme
Generate, maintain and monitor the progress of Work Packages released to support Programme execution
Update budgetary and resource information held within the schedule with actual and analyse cost variation(s).
