This project corresponds to the first Google Data Center for Latin America and I worked as a part of the Owner´s Team, the project had an investment of $ 150 Million (USD) with the modality of EPCM project. This project was unique in his type, due the high-tech development, high security standards and execution critical facilities.

1. Set procedures, WBS and report system of project controls.
2. Definition of project schedule, milestones and network planning.

1. During the initial stage of the project, prepare the overall construction schedule plan of the project, plant construction schedule plan and detailed schedule plans of the plant by disciplines according to the contract and the overall project schedule plan.
2. Assist Construction Manager to carry out bid invitation for construction subcontractors.
3. Prepare three-month rolling plans, issue such plans to construction subcontractors, and review the three-month rolling plans prepared by construction subcontractors.

• Evaluate the Baseline Schedule and recommends improvements regularly in order to fulfill any requirement in the Baseline/Revised Schedule.
• To routinely report on the cost, schedule and resource trends and forecasts on all projects.
