- Preparation of overall master schedule of design and tendering.

- Preparation of detailed schedules of different design phases in coordination with all design discipline teams.

- Preparation of weekly Progress report.

- Preparation of cost sheets on weekly basis to monitor cost spent on different design disciplines and design phases.

- Monitoring the overheads of design phase.

- Preparation of resource plan for upcoming construction in 11 different cities if Saudi Arabia.

Project Controls Engineer (Contract)

Currently providing a planning function for the Delivery teams on the Installation of District Heating Schemes. These schemes traditionally consist of the set up of an Energy Centre, Underground DHN Pipework Installation, Aboveground DHN Pipework & Heat Inteface Unit Installation.

Duties included the production and maintenance of P7 Project Plans throughout the project lifecycle, producing S-Curve Analysis Charts, Resource Histograms, Construction Trackers, Risk Registers, Cashflow Forecasts, Delay Analysis

Project Management Centre was formed to manage the budget of around 10.000.000 USD donated by the graduates of the university for specific projects designed by professors from the Faculty of Architecture, to serve the needs of several departments withing the university. We were working at multi-project/parallel progress environment.

On site project controls role including cost and schedule progress markup, manhour reports, monhtly progress reports, procurement plans, site setup and decommissioning.

ESB 220 kV Sub-Station Project, Dublin, Ireland. We were a team of  4 in the site office. I was responsible for planning, QS and procurement. One of the planners reported on-site progress, while the other helped with the tracking of material, labor and equipment. I was making sure that what we needed was on site when we needed it, be it material, labor or equipment. Resource planning and manhours tracking was another aspect of this position. Setting up the baseline plan and tracking any deviations from it was my responsibility.
