Project Management Centre was formed to manage the budget of around 10.000.000 USD donated by the graduates of the university for specific projects designed by professors from the Faculty of Architecture, to serve the needs of several departments withing the university. We were working at multi-project/parallel progress environment. Depending on the stage of the project in its project management cycle, duties involved on-site and off-site responsibilities like preperation of bidding documents, subcontractor selection, progress tracking on site, site coordination and communication management and progress payment certificate approval of the following projects.

- ITU - Dr. Erol Üçer Advanced Studies In Music, Recording Studio,
- ITU - Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics Building,
- ITU - Dr. Natuk Birkan Primary School,
- ITU - ARI Techno City, Business and Technology Park (Develop BUSINESS PLAN for World Bank)
