- Preparation of detailed schedules of different design phases in coordination with all design discipline teams.

- Preparation of cost sheets on weekly basis to monitor cost spent on different design disciplines and design phases.

- Monitoring the overheads of design phase.

- Preparation of resource plan for upcoming construction in 11 different cities if Saudi Arabia.

- Was part of the team who developed world's first ever dashboard reporting system for King of Saudi Arabia. It includes Master Plans, Land Use plans & Utilities plans of all sites on Google earth, master schedule, progress report, milestones & risk management plan etc all in one program.
